Welcome to Dovecotes Primary School. I feel privileged to be the Headteacher of Dovecotes and am extremely lucky to lead such a dedicated team of staff. We all feel an immense amount of pride in our school and are committed to providing unforgettable memories and the very best education for all pupils in our care who are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that children deserve the best possible chances in life and that they learn best when there are strong links between home and school. We extend our Dovecotes’ family to parents and carers and value their involvement in school life and their child's education.  

 

Our core values develop kind, creative individuals with strong morals and a ‘can do’ attitude. We encourage all pupils to dream big and aspire for success. Our curriculum is rich and inspiring and offers a range of opportunities to learn outside the classroom. We educate the whole child, both academically and holistically, and believe it is extremely important to support our pupils in leading emotionally and physically healthy lives. It is our aim that, by the time all pupils leave us at Dovecotes, they are equipped with the tools to be successful as they embark upon the next chapter in their lives.
